Good Morning Oatmeal July 13, 2010 Entertaining 1143 Delicious AND nutritious! Quick Maple and Raisin Oatmeal 1/2 cup old fashioned oats 3/4 cup water or skim milk Handful of raisins Maple syrup Lowfat half and half, cream, or milk Combine oats, water, and raisins in a microwave safe bowl. Heat on high for about a minute and a half (mine is usually done after that, but if it’s not, stir and add another 45 seconds to a minute). Top with splashes of maple syrup and your choice of creamy dairy for that little bit of decadence. Enjoy!
