Falling Into Place

I’m not sure if you could tell that Fall is my favorite season. I love everything about the cool mornings and nights, the leaves changing, and the inevitable plethora of pumpkin scented goodies. This past weekend, I brought up my jumbo tub of fall decorative items and worked on the foyer for a bit. I still love my chunky buffet to pieces (first blogged about here and here), isn’t he handsome?

It’s a bit too early for real bittersweet yet (got some faux going on), so I anticipate changing things up in a month or so. Here’s what it looked like last year:

Apparently I have a compulsion to paint that mirror over and over again. And switch the lamp from side to side.
