Whole Life Challenge Recipe: Fudgesicles! June 16, 2014 Life, Recipes 5 Comments 42890 As usual, this recipe is paleo/dairy free/refined sugar free. In fact, these are fruit sweetened only with dates! 1 can full fat coconut milk 3 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder 2 tsp vanilla 5 soft medjool dates (you can soak them in water for 5-10 minutes if they aren’t soft) pinch of sea salt Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender or small food processor (this fit in the large cup of my Nutri Bullet). Pour into popsicle molds and freeze. That’s it! You can also serve this as ice cream, just pour the mix into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight. Pop the cubes into a food processor and blend until you get a soft-serve consistency – don’t overmix! 5 Responses sherri April 4, 2015 Is there comething i can use instead of coconut milk? i am allergic to that Reply Rachael Evans April 13, 2015 Hi Sherri – I haven’t tried it with other milks, but I would imagine dairy milk or almond milk would work. The texture will be different though, just FYI. Reply Kick-Ass Birth | Shorten your labor! 10 Great Date Fruit Recipes! October 13, 2016 […] This recipe is from Lovely Crafty Home.
