The kitchen is heating up this week! Here’s what I have planned:

Sun-dried Tomato Chicken and Gnocchi

Sausage, Greens and Quinoa (ripping off the ingredients and sauteing instead of a dump and bake)

Shrimp Kebabs with Orange Sesame Broccoli Salad

Cucumber and Tomato salad (no recipe, just simple to taste)

Mixed Berries
