Here’s an yummy and easy recipe to use up that squash: http://willowhousewelcome.blogspot.com/2011/05/ive-been-enjoying-very-inexpensive.html Reply Jen @ Domesticated Nomad July 29, 2011 We haven’t harvested much yet. Some cucumbers which are delicious, green onions, some herbs and one tomato. We will have plenty of tomatoes when they ripen though…our bounty is so plentiful the weight of the plants have crushed the tomato cages and are now further braced with wood posts! Reply Lovely Crafty Home July 30, 2011 Oooh I’d love to have cucumbers, but I didn’t plant any. We are having the same problem with our tomatoes! I’m afraid they will all turn red at the same time!
