Hey ya’ll, here’s what happening in the kitchen this week. So far these weekly meal choices have all turned out really well – and most of them are first time recipes! I hope you’ll try some of them too!

Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Burritos (using a rotisserie chicken and Joseph’s tortillas)

Sun Dried Tomato and Pesto Tuna Cakes

Burgers on the grill with Sweet Potato Fries (frozen, probably, because LAZY) – no recipe, we’re just grillin’ Friday

Keto Slaw (repeat from last week, I love it with ham or turkey in a wrap), also makes a great side dish!
